finally finishing a term paper
finally finished.
i had to write a 10-12 page essay for my history of photography class...i had to compare ONE of my photographs with ONE photograph done in the 19th century!??!?! what the fuck is up with that...and since photography was announced pretty much in the middle of the 19th century, that left me 50 years to work with. it was near impossible. but i finished early this morning. i feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. best feeling ever. -s. |

really?? you can't find ANY information on him? weird. you should try looking up books with his real name in it. i can't remember what his real name is off hand but it's something like Emanuel Rudinsky or something? you should try looking for books about the american dada movement. i think man ray was kind of expiremental in the dada movement...at least in new york or something. i could be wrong though.
i didn't use any websites for my research paper cuz i wanted to stick with published peices. i initially tried using the internet but i couldn't find any signs of published copy rights or anything on sites so i can't really help you out. but i'll try searching the net for you to find some reliable sources :) i'm more than positive the vancouver public library will have a large number of sources for you to work with. good luck! and i'll let you know about the websites -s. |

2 hours of lecture and an hour of seminar class where we do jack shit all. the lecture is basically throwing slides up and comparing it to ourselves iconologically. my teacher rory wallace is amazing..throws sooo much humor into our classes. i totally enjoy wakin up at 6:40 and treking out to his class.
