In Arkansas, no one may spend more than five minutes voting.

In Kern County, Cali, it is illegal for anyone to play bingo while drunk.

In Texas, windshield wipers are required...even though a windshield is not.

but it would be pretty funny to see a car with running windshield wipers but no windshield!
