i roasted two chickens tonight

one for eating straight up and one for making soup (chicken noodle and tomato vegetable w/ chicken)

I'm going to make veggie soup/stew with potatoes, carotts, peas, barley, mushrooms, beans, tomato's, and corn. I'm also going to add some chicken to some of it for my boyfriend :)

mmm, i love western homemade soups loaded with lots of fresh vegetables. not into creamy soups at all though.

i REALLY love chinese soups...watercress, lotus, wintermelon, soooo many others. so rich of nutrients and goodness.
