3. Select this text and change the font size to 30 or so
4. Now change the font to "Wingdings"

just checked it out. someone just sent out an email that said Q33 NY cuz those letters "coded" for those specific symbols. a lot of people (me included) wouldn't really pick up on the false flight number...but in reality...there was no flight 33
