i just dont understand why my advent calender counts till new years
i look forward to christmas only - craaaazy superstore and their extra long advent

I love the things! It's just the memories, you know? I remember bein a kid and just wanting to wake up every day JUST to eat the little chocolate. When I missed a day, I had a bad day! :hehe:

at my house we got a big ass heavy wooden one. Each day you open up a door, and it gives you a little ornament thing to hang up on the thing. It's really cute...though i really miss the chocolate... :tounge1:

we have an advent calendar that my mom made a while ago. every year she would buy yummy chocolate and put it on them. two chocolates for each day -one for me, one for my sister-

and now that i'm 18 and she's 21 we don't get it anymore :(

LUCKILY, I have a back up one...and I'm following the rules for that one. My mom gave me and Kam each one this year, and Kam's family gave me one too...so I have one where I can cheat. LOL
