the worst part of christmas is...i've realized that it's just a way for all the stores to make huge amounts of money. It's a fucking scam. Christmas has lost all it's magic...its stupid...sorry, i sound like the grinch, but it's true, it's just a way for stores to make money. commercials that use santa and shit..."buy our shit, we got santa!"

Decorating my dorm with mini-white lights when I moved in was the best thing I ever did, they make me happy just looking at them... :D

no not my little plastic tree my parents big tree with all the memorable ornaments

putting away decorations makes me depressed


and No1d - i refrained for soo long before making another christmas thread - but i love christmas and i cant contain myself!!

Just the commericial aspect of it, I guess. I never noticed it until I started working in retail. Having to tell several parents that we didn't have the N64 or PS2 their children wanted from 'Santa', and seeing their defeated faces as a result, kind of made the season less jolly for me.

Aside from that, hey! BRING ON THE EGG NOG AND RUM!!!!!:248:

My least favorite part of Christmas has got to be ...the bitter cold of winter!

Sure snow is pretty to look at though...but can be a real hassle for trying to get around ..


And Sheena your xmas threads rock hehe, that lil Xmas party you had at your house was tons of fun, thanks for the drinks we gotta do something like that again.

the malls
how my mom has to have the tree a certain way because if it isn't she'll end up redoing it (many family fights happen around x-mas)
working; gets soooo busy at save on and a lot of people are snotty and uptight
