What

Do you guys do when you can't sleep?

I'll wonder, I'll just get up and start wondering around the house aimlously. Make something to eat, or watch TV or something, or come on the computer. Personally I hate not being able to sleep. I love sleep, I need my sleep.

Going for a walk is not a bad idea as well, late night walks are peaceful and the air smells the bestest!

And yes I believe warm milk does help, i think my mom does that and she sprinkles some cinnamon on it.

if you want to try an herbal alternative(not weed, but that's good too...) try something called valerian or kava. you can get them in any health store, even walmart, and they work really well. plus they don't have that sleepy hungover feeling like nyquil.

TV always helps. It's easier to fall asleep with sounds...so you won't be constantly thinking.

I usually just pop family guy in my computer, crawl into bed, laugh my ass off for half an hour and by the time it gets into the second episode I'm out.
