For A Friend
Just a little something I wrote to a good friend of mine when he was in a bit of a rutt earlier this month. It's kinda cheezy but he wanted me to post it up so here goes...
What shakin' up in your hood my man? We chillin' at the dopest pad in West Van Hangin' out with the illest crews cuz we can Bangin' out the illest beatz in the land Playin' the realest game in demand Life, Layin' it out where we stand Time's slipping by like grains of sand in your hand This is your life and your living it well And it's only getting better as far as I can tell So I think that you just might as well Take every chance you get to raise a little hell To let your ego swell To get up close and get personal With your deepest desires Fullfill any needs that your body requires Answer anything when your mind inquires And completely relax when your body retires They say when you smile the world smiles with you So keep yourself amused no matter what you do And to yourself be true And make sure to respect your crew And we'll forever be there for you Because good friends like us stick together like glue written by: Danielle P. on November 15 2003 |
