If U're using Media Player, right click on the video, choose Properties, copy the URL, paste it into the address bar, this will open up Win Media Player, then choose Save Media under File...

See sometimes watching movies of raves makes me think it might be a good idea to go to one. But then I remember that I hate raves now.
