rent in poco/coq

Well im on the verge of getting kicked outta my parents place so im evaluating my finances and figuring out what its gonna cost me to live on my own and if i can do it. So whats an average price for a one bedroom place in coq/poco? Somewhere close to IHOP where i work. Guys help me out?

cheapest thing to do is kiss your parents ass

they always bring reckless teenagers too morgues and jails to scare them straight

i think they should give them tours of dirty apartments, empty fridges and welfare lines

well im willing to do the same thing, cept not at home, even after i get out of skool and if im living at home they have too many rules. come on someone help me out with this

well if u dont wanna pay to much i know tones of ppl that live on there own ..and 2 in coq. which are lookin 4 roomates....rent would probabaly be like 300-400 a month
but if i think if ur lookin for an apartment by yourself it would be like 600 a month minimum id think...
good luck with ur rents...hopefully things work out..lnot living at home at a young age blows

umm real estate 4 the coq..i dunno i was lookin into movin out be4...mainly i looked in the newspapers and that flier that comes with the tricity news and the now..(if u know the one im talking of)it lists a whole bunch of places in diff. areas ..also ask around u would be suprised how many ppl need roomates

stay at home parents will lighten up what do u expect ur 17 eventually they lighten up I know mine did now I come and go as I please I think they want me to pitch in 200 a month god I love this place hahahaha

Free Cable Free internet regularly updated computers cars to drive when I can manage talkin them into it damn good food. Also, most important of all every Canucks game on TV damn what a fine game tonight even though danny buggered up on defence but hell it was a hell of a game..

Also donno if u do em but quit drugs deffinatly helped my relationship with my parents im trusted more now and they no longer worry about what Im doing so I dont have a curfew or any of that sad ass bullshit..

well its more skool then drugs. I hate skool and just wanna finish it. But they dont think im doing good enuf and wonder why i wanna finish skool if im just gonna get shitty grades anyways. I didnt really know what does, all i know is that i wanna finish high school then do whatever after that.

well thats good...honestly u have the right idea!Dont listen 2 ur rents ...finish skool no matter wut cuz u will regret it if u dont( i know i am... :soak: i added an extra yr on my life for dropping out)
