i was just reading an article and it was talking about pogonophobia(the fear of beards) :hehe:

i find some phobias quite amusing ...wut other strange ones have u heard of?

bebu*funfun will become famous soon enough
poles and big brick walls in underground parking lots! after scraping my front bumper to one.. im freakin scared of them. die poles dieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! i rather park super far away than near a pole!

I don't know.. everyone has a weird phobia of some sort. Some peoples are just a bit stranger than others.

Fear of clowns is actually very common.

As for other strange phobias I don't think it's necessarily very funny. Sure it's odd and it may cause you to giggle but if you were to look at it from their point of view it can be very debilitating. A lot of the times they don't know themselves why they fear broccoli, tin foil, ect. It's not just an "I'm scared" thing either. Phobias are hardcore fears... they can imobilize you and be very traumatizing not to mention incredibly hard to get over.

I used to be scared to death of water, bridges and tunnels. The Lions Gate during rush hour traffic was an absolute nightmare for me... in fact I still have problems going over it sometimes. I have to hold my breath in the shower or when I'm washing my face/hair and it makes me cringe when I get my face wet.

slugs r gross.. when i was younger a kid threw one on me and i punched him in the head hehe
