One of my friends likes this guy and she wants him to come to New Years at the Plaza but he cant afford it like most ppl cuz its after Xmas and stuff.....but she wants to get him his ticket for Xmas as a gift.....shes going to mail him the ticket to him with a letter finally telling him she likes him .....no what do u think of this idea and what would u think if u got a gift like this for Xmas?

Why not just fess up about liking him in the first place? I mean either way she's going to do it right so why not just bite the bullet and get the fuck on with it already.

Plus if the guy turns her down (which is totally possible) she won't have wasted a good $50 on a ticket.

before deciding whether or not this is an effective method of catching thid guy we have to know one thing - did he use the "no money" as an excuse or is he actually as broke as he says he is? if he's bullshitting, kill him. if he's not, then the ticket is a great idea. but the letter..... its gotta go. being the sort of guy who attracts shy girls (that's just the way it is), i've gotten a fair number of "i like you" letters and they send me running every time. it's such a turn off if the girl cant even tell you she likes you. although she doesn't really need to. if she gets him the ticket and tells him she wants him to go with her, it kinda makes it obvious, dont ya think? yea thats all i got to say.
