OK I'm gonna drop a couple of names I know nobody has heard of yet as they are very underground and just starting to break through but man a little time and attention and these guys are going to make you wet your pants.

Roger Z is Croation
and Andre is from the US. There stuff is still very hard to find unless you know someone whos been in the studio with them recently when they were dropping tracks down but if you cna check it out for sure. I keep my eyes on the up and comming not the present I'm afraid. Same with models. Always looking for the up and commers instead of whats hot today.
