the more i write in this post the more i realize just how many more times i hurt myself and I'm feeling more and more retarded - i keep thinking "Oh yah, there was that time too..."
for instance, when i was a child (4 years old) i fell down the cement stairs at our hockey arena and my forehead landed right on the edge of a stair - had to get numerous stitches and still have a large scar from it... after getting it stitched up it started to get all pussy and stuff, but fortunately i was out playin with my hyperactive dog (irish setter) who proceeded to run me down and sucessfully reopening the stitches, although also getting rid of the bad stuff (which either never came back or went deeper into my brain and would help explain everything since then)... other stories i've remembered to come... |

haha these stories are funny
walking is supposed to be a subconcious thing.. if you start thinking about taking each step then you'll fall! also, keep your head up when you walk! when i was a kid i used to walk around everywhere just staring at the ground and i used to bump into so many things! keeping your head up while walking is a good thing hehe.. and finally.. WAY TO WALK, NO WALK |

Hm.. I recently redid my entire lifestyle - within the past 6 months I've been working at it, still am - but have reached a point where I'm comfortable with food. (I'm not doing a weight watchers thing or anything).. Just no coke, no dairy.. msg/etc. Its a macrobiotic/holistic approach with large ammount of meat but no beef or pork, and rarely chicken or turkey (but!). I found that my clumbsiness went down, only coming up sometimes - due to eating meat and things. Perhaps its just food effecting the body? But I found that I was eating hidden valley ranch on salad for a few days - feeling horrible and out of it/after I bumped into the wall I like went what the hell is wrong, I never am clumbsy anymore! After tending to my cut in the mirror tho, I thought what could be causing this - going to the fridge and checking out the ingredients on the bottle of hidden valley ranch - and sigh's softly at the fact I didn't know msg was in it.
But, just a thought - what you eat (can effect your clumbsiness?). Perhaps, since it can effect your body and mind. Goodluck clumbsy people, I hope your not a cancer like me, lol. -J.B |
