Fully Accepted at BCIT

just got a package in the mail today saying I'm fully accepted for my program at BCIT starting September, 04. I'm in the Computer Systems and Network Fundamentals program, which is basically computer repair and servicing. WOO so happy

on a 2nd note, my tuition and fees for that program is gonna be like 6 grand per year  One of the most expensive classes BCIT offers, I just realized. Oh god, I dunno how i'm gonna manage school next yeara and to keep my car running...

Yikes! that is one of the most expensive per year. Mine's only 4 grand per year. I'm in the broadcasting(radi) program there.

They're going to work you hard. Be prepared!
(just making sure you know this.)

anyways:)
CONGRATS!!!

NOOO! Don't go to Ryerson for Radio. Although it is good, BCIT is BETTER. SO better. It's a longer program I believe, but you are more prepared and learn more at BCIT.
I'm in Radio Broadcasting at BCIT, Bev. My program is prepping me for ANY job in the radio broadcasting field. I can even enter the tv broadcasting field, music business, record companies, etc if I really wanted to. We have classes for broadcast law, music business, announcing, copywriting, programming, etc etc etc. I'd look onto the BCIT website and see if they have any info sessions happening anytime soon. They have them every few months.
I'm not too sure where I want to go after I grad...promotions, production and music business stuff is where my main interests are though.
