-what do you need it for? -basically to keep myself sane in my sea of appointments and work, esp during the school year

now that's an electronic device i really should save up for.. carryin a huge agenda around looks really lame. and its a mandatory item i carry around as well.

the price range on those things flucuates a lot as well.. someone expand and suggest!

The only ones I found that would be usueful for myself range in the $500 area

but maybe thats cause I'm just looking for too many bells and whistles that I don't need.

The only thing I'd worry about when spending $200 to $300 is that in 2 years you'll have to buy another cause they're getting to be old tech.
