Balieys and hot chocolate

mmmmmmm.....*drool*
since i had to work xmas eve....i requested balieys..(my boss brings in rum and eggnogg every year for ppl that have to work on xmas eve.....and i dont drink rum so i just ask for something else...) anyways.....we downed that sucka pretty fast....i wasnt much of a balieys fan till i tried it with hot chocolate.... man did i ever have a head ache when i left though! hehehe...

Bailey's on ice is so good once in awhile. My friend got me a big ol' bottle for xmas, and tonight calls for some cozy bailey's drinking...

I mean I'm not a fan of sweet booze, but it is sooooo nice every once in awhile.

When I was a pastry chef I would make myself soy milk hot chokilts and then hit it with some baileys, coupla sips and top 'er up with Kahlua. When I ran out, I would just requisition more:)
