I don't have time to go into detail on this but in short I don't dismiss conspiracy theories as being false until proven to be. I find some of the ideas related to them to be very compelling and well thought out. However I think that to create positive changes where we live it's best to organize on a local level dealing with issues that are relevant to us and our communities. I will assert that no government secret or otherwise can control the actions of individual groups working on issues facing their communities. Thanks to the internet it's now also very easy for these groups to have loose affiliation with each other and cooperate on a certain level. What I'm getting at is that I just don't see how conspiracy theories matter. What difference would it make if we could prove that lizards are running the planet?
