Best trip to Toronto to date

well my flight was delayed going out and coming back....

but other then that it was the best trip ever - after no vacation for a year I was reaching the 'cranky pants' level

I got to see my parents -- and my little bro and my grandma and extended family -- I've been out here by myself for a year and a half and I miss them a lot (i'm a family oriented gal as it turns out) I did some great shopping -ate too much :) and even discovered a fellow F &K er in the neighborhood (thank-you for taking me to the Krispie Kreme Bren...I would have never found it on my own)

Oh yeah...and I got to have my first, warm off the conveyer belt Krispie Kreme (should have taken a pic....)

fantastic trip all in all

^^ Krispie Kreme is a novelty ...it's the Tim Horton's that is the massive addiction of the folks of Toronto - it amazes me every time I'm there!!

Amusing story involving all that...

I went to the States last summer for (get this) a wilwheaton.net meetup (No, wil was not there) at Safeco to see a Mariners game. Anyways, we managed to successfully smuggle Timbits across the border and some guy at the field saw our box and said "Ah.... Timbits... How I've missed them... Krispy Kreme ain't got nothing on them."

Yay for Canada!

i kinda had fun in the t dot. went to a raptors game last nite where i learned from mah cousin you can pay 20 bucks and sit right up front if you'd like too
