the internet cafe "atmosphere"
i'm at an internet cafe right now... korean owned... my best friend's, friend's boyfriend owns the place... he lets me stay here for free cuz i'm "down" with his "crew" or something now... truthfully i've never met anyone other than him... lol... this place is open til 4am... which kicks ass cuz this way i don't have to waste money staying in a hotel until i find a place... he doesn't mind if i pass out at my terminal either... heheehe...
anyways... it smells really nice here... it's like some really sweet, almost strawberry-like fragrange... i think they're pumping it through the vents or something, cuz it seems to be circulating... heh... this place isn't like most internet cafe's i've been to, despite the fact that they're all korean owned... most of them are darker, and filled with gamers... this one is just DEAD... the odd girl comes in here, usually alone, checks her e-mail, pays, and leaves... and for some reason, everyone that comes in here is friendly... i've said "hi" to almost everyone that's walked in here... that's VERY WEIRD! how often do korean people open themselves up to even a "hello" to someone that's not korean!?! i thought it was like a LAW that koreans weren't to associate with any other race... weird... i was just talking to this guy, he wants me to help him with his english homework... i guess cuz i'm white, he figures i'll know english... blah... i'll help him i guess... in a minute... when i was walking around today... i found a joint... right outside my mom's place, hehe... SCORE! i scooped it and walked off... i don't do drugs anymore, but weed isn't really a drug heehee... i don't really trust it though, considering i just found it on the road... so i'll "bump into someone" when i go out for a walk, and i'll get them to take the first couple hits... ehehehe... if they're still alive, then yippie! back to this internet cafe thing... what's with this place? it's so nice here, clean, peaceful, it almost seems to good to be in surrey... this place just opened a few months ago, but still... IT'S REALLY NICE... arggg... i gotta find a place to live... by tomorrow... shit... gotta be in before oct. 1st, otherwise i'm gonna have problems finding a place.......... i found 1 basement for $425 a month... i called the place and some crazy chick answered, she apparently couldn't hear me talking... i'll call back in the morning, maybe a guy will answer and have a sense of hearing... ok gotta help this kid with his homework now... ~!(@)_(@)!~

i see ur having a nice day......besides the fact that ur still looking for a place to live...but any who....... hmm.....strawberry eh?? they say that some doctors use strawberry sented crap to make ppl fall asleep while they do surgery or crap...... i had tat done to me once when i had to put some shit inside my took cus it was hallow or something [not a cavity] anyways hope u find a place to sleep soon......and have a nice nice nice nice day ^_^

i never been to an internet cafe before...only one actually but i never used the comps there..i went with my friend for her to drop off her cuzin...yeah..she's korean..but inside was all gamers..so yeah..thats cool ur place is friendly..and not too busy i guess..
but nehoo..hope u get that place u want~ :035:

I love internet cafes, but only certain ones. I went to this one on Broadway and Fir called "Digital U". You get your own work station and this REALLY nice armchair. It's SO chillin' in there, but in some ways that's REALLY bad, cause they charge 12 bucks an hour. And sometimes it's so comfy in the chair that you don't realise how much time you've passed in there. They have great eats and coffee as well. :)
