A while back one of the guys we were downtown with was randomly attacked. There was a cop there, and he said he would have the guy charged. We had to write out our statements and the whole deal...

Well, if he's going to get charged, he kinda has to come to court. Odds are he's just gonna plead not guilty and leave it at that, and you may not need to testify at all.
