Rogers has a $20/mo plan right now, all you have to do is say you work at Walmart or something. It's their coporate plan. Free phone, or you can upgrade. 150 minutes a month, free evenings and weekends, 6 months free local calling. 2 year contract. Thought I would share :)

About the Rogers thing, just to clarify, I'm helping out people with their local phone service...as in residential landlines. I can also offer some great long distance plans (ie. Total North America plan which is $19.95 a month UNLIMITED calling anytime in North America, anytime of day...no other company currently offers this), and dial-up internet (but I know most people don't want this! :P). I will also be able to help hook up people with Fido soon. I can help you out with local, long distance AND dial-up, or any of those above things separately.
