anyone know costs for getting them unlocked, and where i can do this up?

i just know that you have to be very careful when doing this, cuz you can ruin your phone.
it's easier to buy a cell phone that has never been locked in to a specific provider to begin with.

meh i dont care if my celly gets fucked up
i just like my phone and would like to continue using it when i switch providers. if it doesnt work, i'll toss it in the garbage :P

I think Greg C. does it. He works at the Rogers Retail Outlet on the second floor of the food court part in Pacific Center Mall. dunno if that made any sense, but he charges like $30 or $40 per unlocking (pending on phone type i think) and he can do it in like a day. i'm sure if he ask nicely, he'll cut you a deal.
