RIP "raving" in edmonton.
First parties, now this.
Do you think this would ever happen in vancouver? Reminds me of that movie with kevin Bacon in it, where they were'nt allowed to dance. So weak. |

Big deal dude. So they don't have shit masives in one town, just go to the other citys in road trips. Kid out that way do it way more often. Even with out huge events they still for the time being got weekly rave like thing (mix age, all night, techno & drugs). Is that not unlike few underground places. (here on earth, korean, or any other over used small venue) But heck they still have it legal! We never had any thing like.
So what size are these "all night all age clubs" are there ones the size of 100-200 people? If so then they have it better then us for the time being. Because it's always been illegal to do an all night show, and no venue's for it too boot to that can do a small show that's not bustable. Try get a permit for some thing with under 1200 people in the lower main land,,, or under 2000 right in the city. Last edited by Crazy Dave; Jan 22, 04 at 10:18 AM. |

Those after hours were so fun. Most of the good ones have shut down already, pretty shitty deal cause a while back they had a huge party scene. But I heard that they have a pirate radio staion now in edmonton that plays electronica all weekend ? Have not made it back out to ab. so just wondering if those rumours were true or not. something like Energy107
