i'm down to about 1-5/day where as before i'd smoke about 10-15

well feb 1st was my quit smokin day... no smoke the whole day.. then i had a rally bad day so i had one.. then 2 and that was it... today i had 2 smokes... so slowly but sure-ly i will have no smokes hahah!! luck to meeeeee!
