Who remembers MR.T???
ok once again Erica has reminded me how old I am...since she knows who Mr. T is but has no idea of his popularity or how he achieved it.
Anybody out there remember B.A. Baracus?? Dwight I know you do...we used to play A-team all the time (I was Murdoch:) ) Or the Mr. T cereal? Not to mention the cartoon and various other marketing ploys? And the catch phrase "I'm gonna git you sucka" is a Mr. T classic....right along with "I pity the fool, I pity the fool, that dont buy my cereal"

mr. T is awesome! i can't remember what show it was but mr. T was on it and he was picking apples with some guy and he was shouting at the apples!! "i pitty the apples that don't fall off dat tree" MUAHAHA oh mr t is the best! ATEAM FOR LIFE! :Peenutt:

Mr.T bio
Ok here is a brief synopsis of Mr. T's career and rise then fall from superstardom....I dont claim to be an expert or anything...just shit I remember yo.
His first big break was in one of the "Rocky" movies where sylvester stallone kicks his ass. Then he was on the "A-team" a show about an elite unite of army guys that got framed for a crime they didnt commit. So they drove around looking for good deeds to do in this pimped out van. Mr. T played B.A. Barracus (the B.A. stood for Bad Ass) around this time is when he had the mohawk, giant earrings and pounds of gold chains around his neck. Shortly after this, he starred in a few crappy movies, and had his own cartoon show and cereal. The cereal was pretty good, kinda like alphabits but with only "T"'s in it. At some point he contracted cancer I believe and was flat broke...now i think he makes fitness work out tapes and 1800 collect commercials...yes he is still alive, but no longer wears all the gold chains or giant dangly earrings...he does still have his mohawk though :) meh... drummer:188:
