I got myself a Gamecube
Now i have all the current systems

Can anyone recommend good games for GC?

I took out Metroid and mario sunshine

and is that online pack broadband or dialup?

I looooove my gamecube!

The game I've actually been hooked on (you'll hate it) is Animal Crossing, it's seriously TAKING OVER MY LIIIIIIIIIIIIFE

I like need for speed underground too

I like GameCube. Controls are a little harder. If you like TonyHawk style games. SSX 3 ( i thiink) is a decent renter for fucking around. Wouldn't buy it though.

I'd buy it for $20 *hehehe*

one guy at my work swears by animal crossing. I think its stupid, I like eye candy and that game has nothing.

But im not going to say its the shittiest game ever made because I know it isnt. Its huge down at work.

not as big as bf 1942 i must say. But lots of people play it.

I like cows.

the network adapter is broadband, and umm... eternal darkness is a pretty good game

zelda windwaker is pretty good too... cheryl's been playing it non-stop lately which is why you dont really see her post on fnk any more heh

soulcaliber 2 is the best fighting game ever.. and as a plus, you get to use link in the gamecube version

i can't stop playing wind waker. hahaha. it's so bad. i get bored, than just play gamecube since there's nothing better.

eternal darkness is good too, but i couldn't play it at night much. creeped me out a bit [my house is creepy enough at night on it's own]

f-zero is really fast. i fall off alot, but still fun.

mario kart was good, but it's best if you have someone to play with.

star wars rouge squadron 3 [not sure of the title] was boring. i didn't like that one.

i wanna try animal crossing.. just.. cause. hehe

Yeah. Gamecube did better this christmas than anything. Trust me. I sold them. Every time we got a shipment they were all gone by that evening. We could have made a good 10k a day extra during christmas if Nintendo just made more of them.

And this is in DUNCAN.

I heard Zelda Windwaker wasn't that good. Everything else I'd recommend is available on other consoles that hasn't really been mentioned yet... (Freedom Fighters, Prince of Persia, True Crime, etc.) but it is usually faster/smoother and more comfy on the hands on GC.

it probably sold more then ps2 and xbox cause it was so cheap.

If gamecube was the same price as xbox or ps2 it definatly wouldnt of been good selling during xmas.

^ Or it could be the fact that some people just like nintendo. Not everyone makes their choices based on price alone. My dad bought our gamecube around christmas time to complete the new setup. He got the gamecube because he likes nintendo, not because it's was the cheapest.

I found that even with that cheap price I found more and more people buying PS2s and XBOXs

i've always been a nintendo kid. some of my fondest childhood memories involve that gray box.
