Right again. 3 John goes to the antique show looking for something to buy. He comes across a fancy sword that has the following inscription “ This sword presented to General Lee on July 1st, 1861 at the first battle of Bull Run in recognition of his service for the confederacy”. John knows that the first battle of Bull Run was fought on June 12th, 1861 and that the second battle of Bull Run was fought on August 30, 1862. Being a smart guy, John knows the sword is a fake and walks away. How did John know it was fake? |

4 A man and woman are in a car travelling west across the desert on a road trip. The car breaks down and the man wants to go for help. Before leaving the woman alone in the car he tells her not to open the doors at all, lock them after he leaves and make sure to keep the windows rolled up. He goes for help and comes back 8 hours later. The woman in the car is dead. All the doors are locked and the windows are rolled up, but someone else is in the car with her. How did the woman die? (The car is not a convertible!!) |
