I don't really care cause I never even listen to that station, but it seems like there are already a fair amount of contemporary adult stations. Even though The Beat has captured a lot of Z's market, they ARE still somewhat different in the music that they air. Lots of overlaps, but The Beat doesn't play most of the pop/alternative/punk songs that Z does. However, a lot of the contemp adult stations totally overlap and play the same sorts of tunes, so why make another one? If anything, I think we need another station that was like 104.9 Xfm, BEFORE they changed it to Christmas FM, and to whatever it is right now.

there was a really good electronica station a year or two ago. it had live dj sets most nights. it was short lived though. :( oh well, i never listen to the radio anymore.

Back a long time ago, Z95.3 had 'Live at the rage' - Saturday nights at 10.. played EDM all night - that was what really got me into trance. Then there was VelocityX on XFM, and of course, Pete Tongs Essential Selection. ;)
