Considering all spiderman ever fights is easily distractible super-villans .Even the smart ones (Doc. Oc.) get tripped up by is damn banter.

Also, spiderman is easily distracted, and his spider sence is not infallible.

Batman has the brains, the focus, and the skills to rock ol' Petey into the next town over. Oh, and all that crazy gear too.
