i personally think i would make an exceptional house wife.
i take pride in my appearance... and i love seeing the smile on my bfs face when i bring him french toast in bed and things like that... so if i was married and my husband was brining home the bacon... i would gladly cook it with a preetty little smile on my face :) :) of course i dont think taht article is quite fair.. :S i still would have no prob bein a stay at home mom... and keepin up the house work and cookinz :) not if i live in some beautiful white picket fence home and my loving wonderful husband supports me. :) Last edited by .o0*HaLo*0o.; Mar 03, 04 at 02:58 AM. |

wow this is messed cuz i was thinkin about posting up a thread about house-wiving... inspired by going though the ubc courses and finding quite a selection on the area "Housewiving"
although its a contraversially sexist, new age belief that housewiving is wrong and that women should have equal status as men do, house wiving you all must realize has been mastered for hundreds, if not thousands of years since the beginning of man kind. it has not been till very recently that women have had so much influence on world issues and political correctness. There have been numerous tribes in the past in Canada as well that have had female dominance (the Hurons in the east i believe) but it has not been common in human history. Only can i mention the story of Adam and Eve from the story of Genesis to support a basic reasoning as to why men have generally been more dominant in societies throughout history. but aside all that jazz, being a good house wife, and being a good girlfriend takes brains my ladies. :keebler: same goes both ways. i am also a common believer that women are 100000000 times wiser than men. but thats a whole new topic to touch on and i won't even bother. |
