im surprised HOCKEY was not mentioned yet, therefore i speak to all hockey fans when i say HOCKEY BEST SPORT EVER!!!!!---it deals with hand-eye coordination, elbow-eye coordination, highstick-eye coordination, puck-in-net coordination, puck-hits-camera-in-net coordination, passing skills, sharp shooting skills, fist-eye coordination, ability to WRESTLE someone to the ice, and lots of teamwork....and where else can u get oodles and noodles of hats for scoring 3 goals in a game?!?!? It also involves ice skating**duh** :toasted:

I looked like a fruit I say running. Long or short distance. You don't need anything to do it (hell you could run around naked) plus it makes you healthy. When I ran in highschool for my track/cross country team, I had abs that could grate cheese, they were ridiculous. Intense short distance sprinting is really good for toning up. Just look at all the olympic athletes competing in the 100m they look like they're chiseled out of marble. Plus it gives you a sense of accomplishment, doing more distance in a shorter time every day or whenever you run...it's a great feeling. |
