Some people like it, some hate it.
Pretty hard work I've heard, money isn't good, but you can work your way up after many many hours. You're pretty young so if you like the work and stay there, you should be able to make pretty decent money by the time you're 20! Or so I've been told . . .

I work in the Photo Department at Superstore. It's so much more fun.
Maybe I'm saying that because my boss gave me a pipe for christmas. But whatever. It's fun. I get to bring in my own CDs on Saturday nights and blare them whenever I'm closing.

my best friend worked in the photo lab at superstore, someone stored some chemicals upsidedown and when she went to get the box they were in the fell on her hand...
they wouldn't let her leave to see a doctor till the end of her shift... she had 2nd and 3rd degree burns on her hand. :(

i worked grocery in warehouse and i actually thought it was easy and good money. Im sure you had a meeting with your training group already with the manager and he explained the bonuses which wont take you that long to hit. First bonus being $1500 2nd bieng $1000 and last one at $500. If you work alot you can easily hit the first phat bonus in no time. on the job your alone and you tlak to nobody as you dont really have time to do anything but your order picking cause you have to hit a certain time. Obviously oyu will learn to scan your list and be smart about it as to which isle to go to first in order to put the rite stuff at the bottom of your pallet and leaving the last isles containing shit you cant stack with last. as for stories i was standing beside the warehouse office once and this brown guy acidently drove into a tall fucking stack of lipton soup packets and it fell down almost fucking up like 2 people. lastly this job is very stressful on your back and obviously your not stupid and will lift shit properly. have fun watch out for the manager Jon cause hes a fucking fruit cake i got into an argument wiht him on the phone early into my job and i had to tell him to take the job and shove it up his ass. overall its good job for fast money but i suggest if you can handle it to hit a bonus or 2 then peace that shit

haha yea when i was desperate i thoguht to myself "im a 5 min walk away form superstore why the fuck dont i get a job at the warehouse" so i did. theres no way you dont get hired there. They say out of every group of trainies over half fo them leave before or rite after their first week of training. So the cycle goes on of hiring and people quiting. Heck im even thinking about going back go through training get myself a few bills then quit again lol
