body piercing jewelry
ok..i've been to next and there is no way i'm spending 100 bucks on a barbell...
does anyone know where i cna get nice ones ANYWHERE in the vancouver area (including subarabs) that know of safe jewelry (not shitty stuff from spencer gifts that just rejects)..but like i'm thinking 50 60 bucks,,,,range....and i wnat one with the jewels on each end...?? please help a poor girl thank you

SACRED HEART man...i guess it would help if we could actually FIND the place but yeah... or that place in north van...on marine drive i think? and i need new rings for my lobes...i tried to change the jewlery in my ears today and i couldn't and i started having a nervous breakdown cuz i couldn't fit the jewlery through the holes in my ear. it was bad. so i shoved the studs back in...literally shoved them back in. on my left lobe, i was pushing too hard to get the stud back in my ear that i made a new hole on the back of my ear.

if you wanna save money, don't buy it from a piercing place, cuz you can be sure the're gonna jack the prices up. it depends on what kind of jewellery you want. you could always check out some of the jewellery stands on the streets. or nightmarket. if you want safestuff, make sure it's titanium or surgical steel. that's the best kind of metal to use, as it's the same material surgeons use to put metal plates inside patients. there's also claire's and ardene's, but I personally don't think their selection is that great. If you want navel barbells, blue ruby has a pretty nice selection, but some barbells are just as expensive as say one from NEXT. they also have glow in the dark tongue barbells for a decent price. but look around.. you might find something you like.

but yeah man...metal smiths is on the south side...it's like...outside below the belt. it's this kiosk kind of thing...but bigger. a bigger kiosk. trust me...you've seen it before.

i just found out that they had a metal smiths at coquitlam center
i go there looking for 16G beads and they only have 14G and 18G what the hell.....nobody has 16G help a buddy out?

metal smiths in park royal is a good choice, it's on the south side out front of BUFFALO (not below the belt sammy, c'mon!! heheh)
it's good there. i got a cute barbell for my belly button there, with a blue jewel in the bottom and a flower jewel at the top, and it was like, 60 bucks or something. the only thing is, for some reason i just cant find anything that i adore as much as the $100 barbell i bought from next. the one's from next are just shaped better, so you have to be careful about that. the ones at metal smiths are shaped kinda funny, not like a semi circle. cuz like, if you had a ring in it at first, the hole is like, semi circle shaped, so you need a semi circle barbell. the ones at metalsmiths kinda look like the letter "j', and when you put them in they look kinda funny!

dont go save-on foods though... if you are in poco 'seabreeze' carries for about 50-80 um coq center "metalworks" they are fricken cheap and good quality!! -allile
