i've got pretty much everything on that list down...cept the booze and chocolate part :soak:
reg sleep pattern, and low stress is important as well imo ahhh i need to get my act together...my goal for this summer is too do the grind under 45mins btw. avocados are not bad for you, they are very good and i love them very much |

umm soy protien is crap unless ur buying soy milk if your gona spend money on a protien powder get one of these:

i dont now much about protien suppliments.. so any advice/opinions about them would be appreciated... i think i need it because i dont eat alot of red meat or protien enriched foods... and i would also like to gain more body mass/muscle.... so is this gonna help? |

also make sure you are getting lots of Omega # fatty acids and not as many Omega 6
