do you ever calculate how much time you spend on the internet in a day or even just in a matter of a week and realize how much time you actually waste doing absolute NOTHING, sitting your ass when you have important things you need to do and more productive things you can do...

the internet is addictive. :P and considering that I have about 5 more years of school left and would like to do well, I need to kick this stupid addiction. So no more interweb forums for the next while... all 5 of them. :kam: see how long I last....

I spend 40-60 hours a week on the net, but that is all at work, so I guess it's legit.

atleast it's more productive then TV. Society is reading again. That sounds like nothing much, but the printed culture died with the development of radio and television.
It's returned from the ground up.

I've been on the net since 94. Started with IRC.

Been online ever since, usually on estimate (if not working, which doesen't count) it's minimum 2h a day. I spent almost 2 years at 16 hours a day on this thing. not smooth.
