I was just checking out the standings around the league and i would just like to say I'm happy to see that all of our Canadian teams look like they are heading to the playoffs.....well all except edmonton lol (OILERS SUCK ANJEW!!!) Go Canada!!!

i'd say the sens have the best chance in bring the cup back to canada, hopefully the nux will surprise us.....but i don't think we can make it that far......especially without bertuzzi

They're all lead my European captains... Not a single cup winner in history was lead by a European captain.

I'm still hoping my Sens will win it, but I doubt it.

vancouver- dont look good. should get into 2nd round though
calgary - if Kipp keeps it up they can do good but not win
montreal - if they keep it up they can upset as well but not win
ottawa - good chance but will be tough
toronto - as muc as i hate the leafs they have a good chance as well but hopefully they will get rocked

I don't really know much about the other Canadian teams... But I know Ottawa has net issues.

They have a chance of going far in the playoffs, like last year, but we won't make it to the finals

I was talking to a friend about this. Montreal is the dark horse. Trust me. No one is expecting them to do anything huge in Canada except the fans in Montreal.

Calgary - Kip is just another giggy. he's a one year wonder

Ottawa - Strong all over except in goal. And your goalie has to be strong.

Vancouver - The way things are going i'mma say their gone after the first round if they play dallas. We just got shut out 3- 0

Toronto is not another NYR they are more of a Detroit Red Wings but not as crazy. NYR cant win shit. Toronto has been winning. They have those old vets to help them in playoffs with a bunch of other stars. Not as crazy as Detriot but give or take they are another version of them except for the fact that tornot hasn't won shit for so long.

Montreal - yes they are a darkhorse and i do think they can upset some people just not win it all.

Ottawa - i disagree. yes Lalime has been shaky this season. But the last 2 postseasons he has posted under 2.00 goals against avg and i have dont see why he wont step it up again this year.

vancouver. depending on who we play first round i will think differently. at the moment its dallas but i highly doubt we will be playing them. more like sanjose or clagary. dallas is msot likely gonna take over their division over san jose

calgary - kip might or not not be a one year wonder. that is yet to be seen. bottom line is calgary hasn't made the postseason in 6 years. they have been excellent this year. iginla started out very slow but is now contending for the stop goal scorer. kip has been almost unbeatable. by the looks of it calgary has everything going for them going into the playoffs but the question about Kip is yet to be seen. im not saying theyd win the cup but if and i say "if" kip can do what hes doing in the playoffs calgary can be the darkhorse of the west
