shit i know how you feel man i got mine off 2 weeks ago and OMG its totally different but i have to wear rutainers though but meh im still free from those dreadful things that i wore for like 3/4 years :finger:

I never wore my retainer and my teeth are pretty good. And i got my braces off like four years ago. I think a lot of orthodontists stuff is crap. Like my ortho dude gave me headgear to wear at night, which i never ever wore cuz it hurt and i looked like some sort of space alien. And everytime i went in he'd tell me what excellent progress i was making with my headgear. Perhaps my teeth are just easily movable.

but yeah, after I got my braces off, brushing my teeth became a religious experience. I did it like four times a day for ten minutes a time. So good.

as for my top one i stopped wearing it years ago
they told me 2 keep wearin it but fuck that

i had braces years ago...and they didnt fucken work. well they did somewhat but not what i was expecting.

eventually im gonna go get them agian...or a retainer to fix them more. teeth are such a pain...
