to all those who are honestly convinced not eating will make you quickly lose weight, guess what? It's the exact opposite. If you stop eating for a day or two in order to get super skinny for the next day, fact of the matter is the no food leaves no fuel for your metabolism and you gain weight as a result.
You'd have to successfully do it for a series of days, which is in itself highly unhealthy. |
