Yes I was one of the teenage girls that begged my parents for the tae bo tapes when they came out, but it works! (for me at least) and its so much easier than going to the gym 3 times a week, at least for me because I'm lazy and don't enjoy getting ogled by the men who seem to go their only for the purpose of checking out girls while they SIT on the machines.

Thank you Billy, you and your perk male nipples peaking out over your tight-ass leotard are getting me back in shape.

I too begged my way into the world of Tae Bo
and GOD DAMN that Billy Blanks has a body of a God....a delicious older, chocolate God
