Help!

im doign a project for my advertising and media class using microsoft publisher.....

i dont know how to get the text to blend into the pic... instead of just being a big white box over the picture..... u know what i mean?...

if ya have any idea how to do this... let me know.

sorry i can't help u out, but u could try going to google and typing stuff like photoshop tutorial or microsoft publisher tutorial... except add in the name of the technique ur trying to do like.. microsoft publisher textblend tutorial.. play around with it and u may come apon a website that'll give u step by step instruction along with pictures..some tutorial sites have a tutorial for almost everything listed in a table of contents and u click to goto the tutorial... good luck :)

shorerider is an unknown quantity at this point
just adjust the opacity of the layer in photoshop, it is in the layers window. select the layer you want and then use the little slider to get the desired effect.
