You think so? (on the low penalties) I dont know - Obviously both teams are going to try and play with a little more discipline after that officiating fiesta the other night, but the way the refs are calling it, I dont know if that will make a difference. I hope you're right though. |

Without a doubt. Hopefully by round two they'll put the whistles back in the pocket.
Then again, with our PK as awesome as it is, and the PP clicking, who knows, maybe all of this special teams action won't be so bad. Though I know we'll be able to lick Calgary 5 on 5 as well, since they play our style of fast, open hockey. |

^ but were not talking about fights. Were talking about the refs calling penalties, and lots of them.
Plus fighting is only acceptable in the playoff's if the score is either tied, or the score doesn't matter anymore like 5-0. if u fight when ur losing 2-1 its j ust plain stupid. |

the refs are always strict at the starting of the playoffs. they will calm down a bit after their msg is sent out. during playoffs we should be disciplined anyways. we gave up 10 power plays but not all of them were stupid. atleast half (5) was still reasonable and 5 is already way too much to give up regular season or playoffs
