I met Hawksley Workman! woot!
Last night, Hawksley Workman played a kick ass show at the MacEwan Hall Ballroom at UofC.

My boss Annalise and girls in her burlesque dance troop danced to "Striptease" in the show. She calls me half an hour before I go to the concert to tell me to call her after the concert is done.

I do..... AND SHE TAKES ME BACKSTAGE!!!!

I GOT TO MEET HAWKSLEY WORKMAN!!!!!

He is such a nice guy! and i got a picture with him! (i'll post it later when i develop the pictures)

overall, last night was an amazing time. and i am still giggling like a little school girl.

anyhoo, everyone should go see him when he plays Van on Saturday.

best song ever!!!

sad thing was, i didn;t have a joint on me. cuz he came into the green room and said "does anyone have a joint? i've been smelling pot coming all night from the audience, but no one thew me a joint."

DAMN!!!! how cool would it have been if i had one? best story EVER.
