Sometimes security will search my bag and not look twice at the 4509283 things of gloss in there, but others they won't let me in with it. I never can tell how they'll react so I usually stick it in behind my belt. They don't seem to ever feel my waistline.

Thats funny, cuz the chick let me through without patting me down at all. And i wasn't wearing tight ass pants, so i could have been hiding shit! haha, as long as i got my lip gloss in with me, it was all good!

OMG ravers get searched?? i wonder why? honestly what percent of people who attended the show were doing some kind of illegal drug. remember if you feel that you're being treated unfairly ask the security guard for his name! that will scare the shit out of them, they are warned not to power trip. my favorite though when dealing with cops or security guards, i've been pulled over numerous times on my motorbike for stupid ass reasons. i choose between my two favorite lines
1. "My dad who's a lawyer told me when i get pulled over to ask for a name and badge number". pulled that one in november, the pig told me to forget about it and just walked away to his car.
2."my law professor said it was my right to ask you for your name and badge number"
obvious these lines won't work if you're all sketched out or drunk. but they DO work when you feel that you're legitimatly(sp?) feel like you're being harrassed by security or cops

As for searching, I've had both the good and the bad ends of the spectrum...At Fusion Dreams last year, the chick that searched my bag pulled out all my Kandy bracelets and asked for one. That was prety cool...Then she found my 5-htp that I forgot to crotch in line and asked "do you really need this?" I said yes, and she buried it in the bottom of my bag saying "Don't let anyone see these". When she searched my purse she found my PEZ and let me keep that too. She was a cool chica. =)

At Kiss this year, the search people were ASSHOLES. They tried to take my freaking asthma inhaler.

Securi-fuck: "We'll give it to first aid, and if you need it you can go to them."
Me: If I need my inhaler, I need it NOW, not after I figure out where it is.
First-aid: Well, you can leave it with us, put it back in your car, or leave.
Me: This is absolute BULLSHIT.
S: Too bad. Figure it out or leave.

So I gave it to the first-aid guy, and he walked away for about 2 mins to talk on his radio then came back and said "Here. Don't tell anyone you have it."

Like wtf...Can anyone provide me with a good reason that an asthmatic should have their inhaler taken away?

Being a qualified Security Guard and the person that sneaks stuff past them I know what you're talking about. Most of them are just trying to do their jobs. Others however are just fuckwads that couldn't become Police Officers. Other hints about dealing with Security... don't bug them and they won't bug you. If you act like a sketchy git OF COURSE they're going to check you a little more thouroughly. Just common sense. heh heh heh and if you look sketchy at a Party that I'm working I WILL look a little harder, how else will I get high later?

k ew... at insomnia.. i brought my "Hello My Name is Stickers" and my felt marker.. and the women was like do u have any sharp objects.. iw a slike no.. all i have is my felt and she was ike o.. picked it up and took ti away iw a sliek uhhh i need that.. she wa slike no u dont.. i was like yeee.. see these stickers i give them out to ppl give that back !! and she thru it in the garbage... fucking cunt :finger:
