i hope toronto gets spanked!!
Now that vancouver is out we have to start goin for other canadian teams, and i think the sens will have a better chance of wining the cup then toronto,they are younger faster and healthier, they dont have a star goalie which is very important but the rest of team more then makes up for it, toronto however does have the star goalie but it doesnt help when when your star players cant stay healthy, toronto's team is to old and wont have the longevity to win the cup.
i also like the canadians this year the are a fast team with a very good goalie and the have enough star power to get big goals when they need them.But they are facing a team of equal speed goaltending and stars in tampa should be a crazy series. And as much i hate to say it the flames are also lookin good, jerome is off the hook best key player still in it the race, and kipper is a great goalie,plus they are a young team that is fast and has real hunger to win.I dont think detroit will be able to handle the flames but we shall see.

Toronto is gonna get spanked b y philly in 5 games. Toronto got outworked and outscored all season long by philadelphia. The first 3 games philly won by a score of 15-2.
and they won the series 3-1. Don't forget in the regular season ottawa lost to toronto 4-0 so it makes sense t hey lost. Plus philly is riding the confidence of beating new jersey. P.S: Go habs go

Despite how traiterous it is, Tampa is my pick.
And they're going to win cup the way it's supposed to be won (the way we were supposed to win it) - by over time building a team with deapth and character. Real shame they're from florida, though.

^ i know i know, well i am gonna put all my faith in only one canadian team. Montreal if they get hot enough they could go all the way to the finals to play a worn out detroit or colorado. I think the western final this year is gonna be detroit and colorado. With one of them being heavily worn out

the habs are my fav team have been since i was a kid the have the skills and tending needed to win but the make alot of sloppy mistakes so i dont know.im thinkin flames and sharks myself :)

unfortunately i would have to agree on the flames, if they are to make it past detroit with steady goaltending they could go to the finals, but than again the west still has detroit, and colorado and san jose. I think colorado will beat san jose in 6 games.
in the east finals it will be philly against whoever wins the tampa/montreal series. Go Les Canadiens

I believe the sharks are a really good team, but i think if colorado gets going they have enough tools to dispatch san jose's defensive style of play. Example being Dallas had to resort to trying an offensive game because each game they got outscored in the first therefore not being able to sit back and play defense. They couldn't stick to their game plan
