coat check is about 99% accurate.
however... there are smart people that know the popular jackets around (kappa, fuck face, addidas, tna) that just hunt for jackets.. usually you are asked what is in the pockets of the jackets.. or a specific item / mark on the clothing / bag. some people will never trust coat check. but still leave their items with 'em anyway... people named MYLES hahahahah

I left my stuff in the coat check at grand finale and towards the end of the night we saw a girls wearing the exact same coat as my friend and her friends carrying the same sweater I had. Then we realized that our stub was gone. I had to follow these girls around (from a distance) while my friend made sure our stuff was still at the coat check. It turned out we just had the same coats, but I felt like a stalker. From now on I'm just gonna leave my shit in the car, that was too sketchy.

I almost lost my coat to coat check this time. me and shaun had ours fall off the rack into the pile of backpacks. Shaun had to go in the back and look for them. I know after a while he was thinking of just grabbing something similar if he couldnt find his. So it does happen from time to time.
