OFFICIAL RELEASE #2 from Twisted - April 28th
OFFICIAL RELEASE FROM TWISTED PRODUCTIONS
By: Kraig Docherty - Marketing & Promotions Manager April 28th, 2004 Azim, myself and the rest of the team at Twisted Productions are continuing to take the lead in addressing and in taking immediate action on this counterfeit ticket issue at Grand Finale. We still very much firmly believe that no counterfeit tickets were distributed from Twisted Productions or any of our ticket sellers that obtained tickets directly from Twisted or one of its staff. For this reason, anyone in possession of what they were told was a counterfeit ticket OR with a real/legitimate ticket that was turned away at the door because of capacity issues OR anyone with a real/legitimate ticket that left the ticket line early because they were not wanting to wait due to the confusion AND these tickets were issued by Twisted Productions or a member of its staff, will be issued a FULL refund. NOTE: every single ticket number that Twisted Productions has sold, either directly or through its staff, has been noted and referenced. For this reason, you must come armed with the information of who from Twisted you purchased the ticket from and the ticket, real or counterfeit, in hand to receive the refund. Likewise, we suggest that anyone else who has purchased a ticket that turned out to be counterfeit or was unable to enter the venue due to its capacity, are advised to contact the promotions company or the person working for that promotions that you purchased the ticket from. As in my previous posts, should you have any questions, please feel free to email myself (emailed noted below) or Azim ([email protected]) or you can contact me here. Regards. |

Wow... I give big props to Twisted for the responsible actions your taking about this. It's a very generouse offer made by Twisted as I asume there losing money out of their good will and loyalty to their suporters. Ovten some promoters/productions would run and hid or throw the blame to somthing else... but I actuly must say im emprest by Zimmers and his crew for this one ;)

Props Kraig, for handling this issue in such a professional, responsible manner.
Hopefully everyone affected understands that Twisted has the most to lose and nothing to gain from a stupid scam like this and that theres about a zero percent chance anyone in charge had any part in this. |
