Ya white chocolate IS absolutely delicious...especially from Purdy's. I used to buy those big chocolate smiley face heads on a stick. So good.

Why, yes it is! Very difficult to work with though, hard to temper and unstable for a lot of applications.

White chocolate isn't actually chocolate, as it contains no cocoa, only cocoa butter. Just a fact for you :)
