you dont need shin guards or cleats
run in your runners.. its really not that different. Cleats just give you grip.. Which is sorta pointless when you're running around.. Sometimes even cleats fail on you and you fall to the ground Im a keeper so when i run I need to make sure i stop when i want to stop so i can break the angle of the shot. keeper charging is so scary.. I could get hit in the balls tomorrow if im not carefull. |
