Where to buy a good yoga dvd?? (for mom)
its mothers day tomorrow and i totally forgot... i wanna get her a yoga tape or dvd but i have no clue where to buy one! where can i get one? also, can any of you recommend a good one for beginners?

Lululemon carries a whole bunch of really good ones
otherwise with this whole Yoga trend right now you can pretty much find them anywhere.
Example: I bought mine at Safeway..and it was the same kind the sell at Lululemon aswell as some other yoga shops
